How to Complain

Please raise any issue you have during the mediation, so that your mediator can deal with the problem straight away.

If you are not satisfied with the response of the mediator or you wish to raise a complaint post the mediation process. You can contact us with your complaint.

We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days of receiving it.

Within one month of receipt of the complaint we will review your complaint and the mediator concerned will try to redress any issues that have been raised
