January Divorce Month?

January has been dubbed Divorce Month with more couples seeing lawyers to initiate divorce proceedings than any other month. It was thought that increased stress over the holidays together with people being together much more over the holiday season was the cause of the spike in couples seeking divorce.

Researchers have now worked out that the reason is much more likely to be that couples had already decided to divorce prior to the holidays, but did not want to ruin the holidays for their children, so after the tree has been taken down, & everyone is back in school, it is time to finally get down to business.
